A variety of massages are offered and customized to your needs. Our professional & licensed massage therapists are skilled in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports & Trigger Point Massage.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
System of long strokes, kneading, and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles, combined with active and passive movements of the joints. Used primarily for a complete body treatment, promotes general relaxation, improves circulation and range of motion, and relieves muscle tension.
DEEP TISSUE (REGIONAL) MASSAGE
A massage aimed at the deeper structures of the muscle and connective tissue, focused to help with muscle damage from injuries. The techniques are similar to Swedish Massage, but with more intense pressure.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Similar to Swedish Massage but geared towards people in Sports activities. It helps for treatment and prevention of injury, and decreases muscle pain & soreness. It is also good for people with chronic pain or restricted range of motion.
TRIGGER POINT MASSAGE
A massage focused on trigger points, or hyper-sensitive areas, found within a taut band in the muscle that can be formed from injuries or overuse.
